Store policies

Compatibility

FitsThis sells aftermarket replacement parts labeled for specific vacuum models. We do not claim OEM/genuine status unless documented. Prefer verified-fit listings; probable means supplier evidence only until sample-checked.

Shipping

Small parcels to Australia typically arrive in 7–12 business days after dispatch. International ETAs vary. Shipping address is collected at Stripe Checkout.

Returns

Wrong-fit claims require the model confirmation from checkout and unopened packaging where hygiene applies (filters/mops). Contact support with your order id.

Privacy

We store order email, shipping, and support messages to fulfill and support orders. Payment card data is handled by Stripe.
